We use music improvisation and other methods from music therapy in a playful way to find nurturing and respectful ways of treating ourself and interact authentically with others
Next dates: October 19, 2019 11 am to 4 pm
Join me for a day of exploring how to find nurturing and respectful ways of treating our own self, giving us the empowerment to make meaningful and authentic connections with people and deal with a sometimes cold world out there.
We use music improvisation and other methods from music therapy in a playful way to explore how we approach ourselves and how we interact with others, getting creative about the way we are getting in touch with our deepest feelings, some may lead to block our capacity for self love so we will take a closer look at them.
It is not required to have any musical skills or knowledge of how to play an instrument. Everyone is invited to play and express themselves with no fear of playing "wrong notes".
We are working in a small group.
The workshop will be held in German and/or English according to the needs of the participants.

Team Coaching / Building
Music improvisation and other methods from music therapy can help connect teams in new ways and become more creative in problem solving.
Teams can sometimes lose their connection to each other which makes it hard to get things done. Disconnection can happen in the final days before the end of a deadline, when working on a difficult project or when running out of breath in a longterm project.
In this session we focus on finding new ways of communication with each other.
Because of this unusual approach of exploring music instruments and each other, team members can find new creative ways of solving problems at work.
